He works where custom development, security and infrastructure meet: he picks the stack, reviews the critical code, and holds the line that nothing ships unverified. He is the client's technical counterpart from the first meeting through to deployment.

She runs Hacklet's day-to-day: project planning, vendor relationships, and the whole administrative and contractual side. She is the one who turns an approved project into a schedule with dates, owners and deliverables, and who keeps the client informed of where everything stands. She is the difference between a technical team with good intentions and one that meets its deadlines.

First point of contact for clients and partners. His job is to translate a business problem into a realistic technical scope before development starts — which is where most of the misunderstandings that sink projects get avoided.
