Custom software development

We build the system your business needs once you have found that no off-the-shelf product fits: ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms and internal applications. Yours, with the code in your hands.

The problem

Most custom software that gets abandoned does not fail on technology. It fails because nobody translated the business problem into a realistic scope before the coding started, and three months in the project is a list of features nobody uses.

The second reason is the exit. A system only its author understands is a system you cannot leave: every change goes through the same supplier, who also sets the price. The only real defence is readable, documented code another team can pick up without you.

What we build

ERP and internal operations

Invoicing, accounting, treasury, payroll, projects. The modules your operation needs, wired to each other instead of five tools that do not talk.

CRM and sales processes

Contacts, clients, opportunities and follow-up, modelled on how you sell rather than on how a generic product's template sells.

Multi-tenant SaaS platforms

Per-client data isolation designed in, not patched on later. It is the decision that separates a product that scales from one that has to be rewritten.

Integrations and APIs

Connecting what you already run: payment gateways, banks, e-invoicing, and legacy systems that cannot be touched but can be wrapped.

You can check this

Navalón: 10 modules and 673 routes

A multi-tenant management suite covering invoicing, CRM, accounting, treasury, payroll, projects, marketing and AI, on an accounting core that uses exact decimal arithmetic instead of floating point. In accounting that decision is the difference between balancing and not balancing.

What you usually ask before signing

What if I want to change supplier mid-project?
The code is yours from the first commit and lives in your repository, not ours. You can drop us at any point and the project carries on.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
We do not know before understanding the scope, and anyone giving you a figure in the first meeting is making it up. The free diagnosis ends with exactly that: scope, timeline and order of magnitude, in writing and with no obligation.
What about maintenance after delivery?
It is agreed separately and you can decline it. A system that forces you to keep us on retainer is a badly built system.

Tell us which process is costing you money

We come back with a technical diagnosis: what would need building, where we would start and what order of magnitude it is. No obligation and no sales call.
