2. Purpose

HACKLET LLC is a software development studio. Through this site we present our services — custom development, Web3, artificial intelligence solutions and security audits — publish job openings, and provide a contact form.

Access to the site is free and requires no registration. None of the content published here constitutes a binding contractual offer or professional advice: any engagement is formalised through a written contract or signed proposal.

3. Terms of use

Visitors agree to use the site lawfully and, in particular, not to:

  • Carry out activities that damage, overload or disable the site or its services.
  • Attempt to access restricted areas, other people's accounts or connected systems without express written authorisation.
  • Introduce or distribute malicious code, or run penetration tests against our infrastructure without a prior agreement.
  • Use the contact or job application forms to send unsolicited commercial communications.
  • Reproduce, distribute or modify the site's content without authorisation.

The /terminal section is a demonstration: it reproduces the look of a console with a fictional file system and grants no access to any real system belonging to HACKLET LLC or to third parties.

The source code, design, navigation structure, texts, graphics and the HACKLET brand belong to HACKLET LLC or are used under licence. All rights reserved.

The projects described in the /lab section are published for information purposes. Third-party trademarks, logos and trade names appearing on the site belong to their respective owners; their mention implies no sponsorship or relationship unless stated otherwise.

5. Third-party links

The site contains links to external platforms (GitHub, X and LinkedIn, among others). HACKLET LLC does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Following those links takes you off our site and subjects you to the destination's terms.

6. Liability

We aim to keep the information published here accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that the site will operate without interruption. HACKLET LLC is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site, from being unable to access it, or from decisions taken solely on the basis of its informational content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any content or service on the site without prior notice.

The processing of personal data submitted through the site is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the parties submit any dispute to the courts of that state.

This is without prejudice to the rights granted to visitors by mandatory consumer protection and data protection rules in their country of habitual residence, including the right of European Union residents to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
